After an encounter with the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, their friendship reaches a crossroads
Tale
Elphaba, a young girl misunderstood because of her green skin, and Glinda, a popular girl, befriend Shiz University in the Land of Oz. Jude Law and his “Skeleton Team”; The co-stars share their favorite Star Wars characters that grew even more in our interview with the cast. Practical sets were built and completed with CGI instead of being filmed on green or blue screens.

Chu wanted the world of Oz to feel like a real place, rather than just a computer-generated backdrop. This included planting 9 million tulips to serve as part of the Munchkinland landscape. In the classroom scene where Elphaba makes the flowers rise into the air and the pollen sends the students to sleep, you can clearly see a thread suspending one of the flowers as it moves.
The film’s title uses a font style similar to the Wizard of Oz (1939) opening titles
It will be interesting to see if this gets fixed for the streaming and DVD release of the film.. The Wizard: The Best Way to Bring People Together Is to Give Them a Really Good Enemy.. Featured in the cast of crazy cartoons from AniMat: Chip n' Dale: A New Legacy (2022).

No One Mourns the WickedWritten by Stephen SchwartzStarring Ariana Grande, Andy Nyman, Courtney Mae-Briggs, Jeff Goldblum, Sharon D. I saw it in IMAX a few hours ago, which was magnificent, even my sister was there and I’m pretty sure they both loved it! Wicked should win awards, especially the set design, acting, and direction are all great aspects.
Cynthia and Ariana Grande were exceptional throughout, both deserve praise for their exciting performances/vibes!
I’m not generally a fan of musicals, but I’m glad I got to see this wild ride a few days before its wide release. I had a long day, I was a little sore, that was my only complaint, otherwise this was a delightful and charming gem that will most likely be appreciated by most audiences as it should be.
