Tale
After winning the lottery, the lucky winners’ lives turn into a nightmare. Literature Gone with the Wind (1939). Comedy? Hmmm…Not so much in the style of Cohen or Tarantino. I don’t usually like comedies, especially French ones, but this one is definitely worth watching. It’s funny, inventive, brilliant, and also damn – yes, damn – always surprising. Several different stories, several parts, showing people who have won the Lotto – the lottery – but who actually get a lot of problems in return. The first part is shown before the closing credits. This plan should have been discussed much earlier. Anyway, I’ve never heard of this. This story won’t make you envy winning Lotto shares. But don’t worry, you have a one in a million chance of winning. That’s why I think it’s better to be a loser.
